Measure your rig

Our planner only uses sourced numbers, and for a lot of rigs the arch position, arch height and opening sizes just aren't published. Ten minutes with a tape measure fills those gaps for everyone. We don't ask for your name or email.

How to measure

  1. Measure on the floor, not at the top of the sides. Arches and tubs taper, so higher readings come out too generous.
  2. Write everything in millimetres (1 in = 25.4 mm).
  3. Note any tub liner, mat or carpet. It changes widths by 10–30 mm. Measure with it in if you can't remove it, and tell us.
  4. Take widths at the narrowest point and lengths to the first obstruction (tailgate seal, seat base).
  5. Leave a box empty if you're not sure. A blank is better than a guess.
